The Juice Plus+ Company EMEA is a renowned player in the health and wellness industry, utilizing a unique blend of direct sales and e-commerce to market plant-based nutritional products globally.

We are seeking an experienced Email Support Specialist to join our team, providing dedicated support to our partner and customer community via email. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, be fluent in German, Italian or Spanish and English, and have experience in providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Provide timely and personalized email responses to partners and customers across a range of queries.
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills to deliver clear, empathetic, and actionable information.
  • Efficiently process a high volume of customer emails while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Prioritize urgent concerns ensuring prompt resolution of critical issues and escalate priority matters to the Team Lead/supervisor as needed.
  • Develop expertise on common IT challenges and product-related technical problems.
  • Create detailed case notes and maintain comprehensive records of email interactions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the email partner and customer experience, especially during periods of high demand.
  • Assist as needed with phone enquiries in a timely and informative manner, seeking support/advice when required.
