About the Role:
- Support our customer base by responding to emails, phone calls, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the health and wellness industry
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum
