We are seeking a highly skilled Email Support Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to our Partners & Customers across various regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely, personalized, and professional email responses to a high volume of queries.

About the Role:

  • Provide prompt and effective email support to customers, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently and professionally.
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clear, empathetic, and actionable information.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of email interactions and provide feedback on system improvements.
  • Prioritize urgent concerns and escalate critical issues to the Team Lead/supervisor as needed.

Requirements:

  • A good standard of education
  • Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and prioritize

Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
