Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails.
The ideal candidate will have native Japanese and English communication skills, at least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, analytical and research skills, and a positive and responsible attitude.
You will also need a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
In this role, you will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, provide secure technical support, and maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
Additionally, you will communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology.
