Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Language Matters. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product support via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level SaaS support and training on products and services in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products by keeping up-to-date and providing guidance and advice on the products and services.
  • Demonstrate products and provide online and in-person training for clients.
  • Create and update training manuals and videos as well as lead webinars.
  • Travel to clients and exhibitions to promote products.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in French or German or Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish) as well as English. You should also possess 2-3 years of experience in B2B customer/client services and have a proactive problem-solving mindset. Experience or knowledge of the SaaS industry is advantageous.
