Job Summary: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing inspiring and personalized service to customers, achieving sales targets, and contributing to a positive store environment. You will also participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support a positive store environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail industry or guest services experience (preferably within beauty)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale software
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
