Location: Redhill
Salary: £23-24,500 + incentives; potential earnings up to £26-28,500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm or 9-5.15pm
Accessibility: 5 mins from train and bus stations
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their accounts team, where you'll be integral to helping customers organise feasible payment plans should they find themselves in need of financial support and guidance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in an arrears or collections background is beneficial, but applications from individuals seeking a corporate office setting are welcome.
- Enjoy working in customer services, with a friendly and engaging personality, and comfortable communicating over the telephone.
- A team player who is self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
- IT proficient, with the ability to work off multi-screens, or enthusiastic and confident to learn.
The Role:
- Provide a high level of customer service, using listening skills to build rapport and understand customer issues.
- Utilise resolution skills to help source the best outcomes for customers.
- Update individual records and agreements, sending information and documents to clients.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage future contact with you or the team.
- This is a vital role for the business; extensive training will be provided.
