Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our Support Office team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation in our restaurant areas.
- Ensure that counters, chillers, and other areas are clean, well-stocked, and meet our high standards.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with our management team to ensure that all procedures and protocols are followed.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
- Good merchandising skills and till experience.
- Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
