We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Financial Services Advisor to join our team as a Customer Support colleague. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference to customers, businesses and communities.

About the Role

This part-time branch-based opportunity offers 24 hours of work per week, including some Saturdays. As a Financial Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries and giving our customers confidence in the service they receive. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, provide guidance and support, and make decisions to resolve their issues.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension contribution of up to 15%, an annual performance-related bonus, share schemes including free shares, and a range of wellbeing initiatives.

  • You must be a people person with the ability to quickly build relationships and give customers a fantastic experience.
  • You should be passionate about helping people with their finances and have a caring approach to customer service.
  • You will need to meet our Homeworking criteria if located in one of our hybrid locations.
