About the Role

As an Activities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents at Barchester Healthcare's Knaresborough care home. Your primary goal will be to devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to every interest and ability, ensuring maximum wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging activities programmes that cater to diverse resident needs
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless activity implementation
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback

About You

We're seeking a warm, empathetic, and personable individual with excellent organisational skills and a driven mindset. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire residents and staff alike to participate in activities within the home and local community. While prior experience is beneficial, it's not essential, as we'll provide comprehensive training to develop your skills and advance your career.

Salary and Benefits
