**Job Overview**
NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced GP to lead our GP Exit Interview initiative. The successful candidate will work with GPs who are leaving or staying in practices to understand the reasons behind their decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct exit interviews with GPs who have left practices
- Engage with GPs who are staying in practices to understand their reasons for remaining
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in GP retention and recruitment
**Requirements**
- Experience in a GP leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
