Verity Healthcare is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in Stevenage.

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual who can work effectively as part of our domiciliary care team, ensuring seamless care delivery to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care packages, assigning care workers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care packages and assign care workers to service users
- Produce care workers' rotas and ensure compliance with CQC requirements
- Monitor care workers' attendance and visit timeliness using electronic monitoring software
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Support HR in recruiting care workers and conducting supervision
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care company/agency
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
