Care Specialist Role

We're looking for a dedicated Care Specialist to join our team at Advo Health. As a Care Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals in need by conducting thorough assessments and writing accurate reports for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA).

With no prior experience necessary, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. You'll work autonomously, using your expertise and strong communication skills to understand each individual's unique situation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and write accurate reports.
  • Use strong verbal communication skills to understand each individual's unique situation.
  • Work autonomously and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months post-registration experience working as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Paramedic, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist.
  • Full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
