Compassionate Mental Health Professional Wanted for Community Support

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate mental health professional to join our team in Wisbech. As a key member of our community support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with severe and enduring mental health issues and dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement care and support plans for service users as outlined by the care coordinator in collaboration with paid and unpaid carers
- Manage delegated tasks for a number of service users under the supervision of a Band/Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner or above
- Work within the Wisbech Neighbourhood Teams supporting people who live with severe and enduring mental health and dementia
