About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day-to-day activities such as getting washed, dressed and out to school.

Our Residential Support Workers play a crucial role in helping our young people overcome difficulties and progress. You will have the opportunity to create strong relationships and lasting memories with the young people in your care.

The role involves working in a nurturing and settled home that cares for five young people between the ages of 13 and 16 with emotional and behavioural needs. You will be supported at the home and in the community, and encouraged to undertake various activities and hobbies to increase the young people's confidence and sense of belonging.

We are looking for someone who is resilient, patient and understanding, with a natural flair for making people smile. If you are the type of person who thrives as part of a team and is always around to lend a listening ear, this could be the perfect role for you.
