If so, we want to hear from you We are currently seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge and Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. Our integrated service provides stroke rehabilitation and community neuro rehabilitation support to service users with complex needs.
You will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload across the North of Cambridgeshire & shaping the service to support the development of your colleagues. You will provide comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based specialist neuro Physiotherapy programs to support patients with physical, cognitive & psychosocial needs.
You will work collaboratively with the Multidisciplinary Team. Our organisation places great importance on our employees, and we make it a priority to invest in them.

Main duties of the jobYou will provide comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based specialist neuro Physiotherapy programmes. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in supporting patients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to achieve their potential.
The ideal candidate should be flexible and adaptable to support service delivery.

Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
