Payroll Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Lincoln. As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end payroll process, including dealing with weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls via IRIS.
You will also be required to handle HMRC queries and RTI, process SMP, SSP, and holiday pay, as well as manage starters/leavers and P45/P46's. In addition, you will be responsible for setting up new clients onto the system and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Requirements- Experience in practice accountancy/bureau payroll processing or other industry payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be £26,500 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes free parking, 4 weeks' holiday, pension, life cover, and CIPP supported training.
