At Samsic UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team on a weekend shift pattern. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, as well as providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors and staff
  • Manage all systems within the security control base
  • Ensure a vigilant and professional presence at all times
  • Produce accurate reports as and when needed
  • Be an effective liaison between the client and the company Contract Manager
  • Be an effective ambassador for Samsic UK Security and the client
  • Manage inbound and outbound vehicles
  • Conduct site patrols

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good observation skills
  • Flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns

In order to work for Samsic UK, you must:

  • Hold a current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
  • Have an unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Have a five-year checkable history
