Job Summary

Samsic UK is seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage all security systems and equipment within the control base.
  • Conduct regular site patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
  • Produce accurate and detailed reports as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the company Contract Manager.
  • Represent Samsic UK and the client in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage inbound and outbound vehicles.
Essential Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant manner.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills for following instructions and preparing reports.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns.
Requirements for Employment
  • Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
  • Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Five-year checkable history (HMRC 3 Year Work History record required at interview).
