Job Summary:

Samsic UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage all systems within the security control base, including monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
  • Conduct regular site patrols to ensure the security of the premises
  • Manage inbound and outbound vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are authorized and accounted for
  • Produce accurate reports as and when needed, detailing any incidents or security breaches
  • Act as an effective liaison between the client and the company Contract Manager, ensuring that all security-related issues are addressed promptly
  • Represent Samsic UK and the client in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that the company's reputation is upheld

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a pleasant and approachable manner
  • Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and courteous manner
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and protocols
  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to use security software and systems
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to follow instructions and prepare reports
  • Good observation skills, with the ability to identify and report any security breaches or incidents
  • Flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns, with the ability to work varied shifts and respond to emergencies
