About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to join our team at The Marketing Practice. As a key member of our integrated marketing team, you'll be responsible for delivering organic and paid social media projects that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on social media best practices
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
