Pinnacle Group Limited: Regional Manager Opportunity

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our Affordable Housing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our housing management services across London, the Home Counties, and the South region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line management of contract Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Property Co-ordinators, providing regular feedback, identifying training needs, and implementing a performance management framework.
  • Overseeing the contract delivery of tenant and Shared Owner customer journeys, including move-in, customer services, repairs management, portfolio inspections, and tenancy checks.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and implementing necessary activities.
  • Developing and motivating a team to achieve individual, team, and organisational performance objectives, utilising leadership skills and organisational abilities.
  • Requiring a housing or management qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the Affordable Housing sector.
