Field-Based Sales Executive

Headliners Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Field-Based Sales Executive to join our client's innovative Sensor business in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.
About the Job:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales/margin targets of up to c£45K - £55K per annum, plus bonus 20%.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales of sensors, components, or modules.
- Relevant Engineering or Electronics Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Competitive salary, performance-related bonus, and company car allowance of up to £600 per month.
