Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Field Sales Executives in the Southeast region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, improve performance, and develop a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client's market share.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Field Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Package:
  • £60,000 basic (£90,000 OTE + £6K car allowance or company car).
