Job Title: Knowledge Services Assistant - International Arbitration

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Services Assistant to join our International Arbitration team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. As a key member of our global Knowledge & Information Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and business services colleagues in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in capturing and developing our internal knowledge collections, including uploading know-how and tagging in accordance with our global standards and governance protocols.
  • Manage our external resources, including online and print materials, and guide users in their use.
  • Support the creation and sharing of updates, insights, and commentary on legal, regulatory, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Lawyers and lawyers in the practice groups on the creation and updating of internal knowledge products.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of external online databases and resources relevant to the practice area.
Requirements:
  • Degree educated with research skills and highly IT literate, including excellent command of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Highly desirable: degree in law, relevant work or study in international arbitration, SharePoint skills, and experience working in a law firm or library/research role.
