Job Title: Property Manager - Cambridge Office

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of let residential properties, including efficient and correct handling of problems arising during the tenancy, managing any repairs, and overseeing check-ins and check-outs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the management of let residential properties.
  • Conduct quarterly inspections of all properties, advising Landlords of any changes or issues arising.
  • Liaise with all parties to negotiate a speedy and satisfactory conclusion and return of the tenants deposit during check-outs.
  • Manage the relationship with the landlord, including reporting maintenance and accounts matters.
  • Identify and recommend need for property upgrades and refurbishment, organising any between tenancy work.
  • Update records and maximise the use of our CRM system (REAPIT) to ensure all property and tenant details are up to date.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of compliance information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within property management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm and Saturday is 1 in 4 and is 9am - 3pm. Salary: £30,000.
