Strategic Wine Sales Professional

Justerini & Brooks is a leading fine wine and spirits merchant with a rich history dating back to 1749. As a subsidiary of Diageo PLC, we have a strong presence in the UK drinks industry.
The role of Senior Account Manager, On-Trade Scotland involves securing strategic listings for key agency brands, expanding sales and share with existing accounts, and fostering an environment where others can succeed. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting ambitious targets by growing existing accounts and developing new business within the on-trade sector.
- Acting as a passionate representative of our wine portfolio, both internally and externally.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to maximize positioning and commercial success.
To be successful in this role, you will require significant experience in the UK drinks industry, with a strong track record of profitable on-trade sales. Commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret and respond to market trends, is also essential. A strong network within the On-Trade sector is desirable, as well as proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and experience required for this role. In addition, we support flexible working arrangements, including part-time, compressed hours, and flexible locations. Preferred location is Edinburgh or Glasgow, due to the need to build relationships with existing and prospective accounts across Scotland.
