We are seeking a highly skilled Parliamentary Support Coordinator – Part time to join our team at Johnson Controls.



Role Description

This is a part-time position, working 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday, 8.30am-5pm) in our office.


The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, meeting targets, and networking.


You will be responsible for coordinating support services for Members of Parliament (MPs), Members Security Support Services (MSSS), and the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA).


You'll ensure exceptional customer service, uphold KPIs and SLAs, and oversee the complete sales process, from approvals to supplier interactions.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining close relationships with MPs, ensuring timely delivery of objectives
  • DIRECT COORDINATION OF PROGRAMS AND ACHIEVEMENT OF KPIs
  • Planning and scheduling service delivery and installations
  • COORDINATING DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Managing workloads and escalating issues as needed
  • Promoting company culture and contributing to team development


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in customer-facing roles, meeting targets, and networking
  • Strong operational and financial acumen preferred
  • Proficient in PC literacy and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with internal applications and SharePoint
  • Integrity, customer focus, managerial courage, drive for results, action-oriented, creative, effective in organizing, prioritizing, and managing processes, proficient in written communication and time management
