About this role

As a Parliament Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and upholding key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) in the sales process. You will be responsible for coordinating support services for Members of Parliament (MPs), Members Security Support Services (MSSS), and the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA).

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of objectives for MPs, maintaining close relationships with them.
  • Direct coordination of programs and achievement of KPIs.
  • Plan and schedule service delivery and installations.
  • Coordinate documentation and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Manage workloads and escalate issues as needed.
  • Promote company culture and contribute to team development.

About you

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, meeting targets, and networking.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen preferred.
  • Proficient in PC literacy and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with internal applications and SharePoint.
  • Integrity, customer focus, and managerial courage.
  • Drive for results, action-oriented, and creative.
  • Effective in organizing, prioritizing, and managing processes.
  • Proficient in written communication and time management.
