Parliament Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
As a Parliament Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating support services for Members of Parliament (MPs), Members Security Support Services (MSSS), and the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA). You will ensure exceptional customer service and uphold KPIs and SLAs while overseeing the complete sales process, from approvals to supplier interactions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles, meeting targets, and networking.
- Strong operational and financial acumen preferred.
- Proficient in PC literacy and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with internal applications and SharePoint.

Requirements
- Maintain close relationship with MPs, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Direct coordination of programs and achievement of KPIs.
- Plan and schedule service delivery and installations.
- Coordinate documentation and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Manage workloads and escalate issues as needed.
- Promote company culture and contribute to team development.
