Key Responsibilities

As a Parliament Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating support services for Members of Parliament, Members Security Support Services, and the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service and uphold key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) while overseeing the complete sales process, from approvals to supplier interactions.

How You Will Do It

  • Maintain close relationships with MPs, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
  • Direct coordination of programs and achievement of KPIs.
  • Plan and schedule service delivery and installations.
  • Coordinate documentation and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Manage workloads and escalate issues as needed.
