Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity and privacy are respected.
- Organize and lead the care team, setting standards for care delivery and ensuring a personalized experience for each resident.
- Participate in nursing procedures, including medication management, wound care, and clinical observations, with additional training provided.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or a motivated individual with strong care experience.
- Medication training and a Level 3 adult social care qualification or a Level 2 qualification with a willingness to complete the Level 3 course.
