Job Description:
As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, ensure excellent food presentation, and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene. You will be responsible for monitoring food inventory, assisting with stock control, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- FH certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
