Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Manager to lead our Starbucks store in Stirling, FK9 4UA. As a key member of the EG Group team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profitability while ensuring excellent customer service.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Manager. As second-in-command, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, overseeing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store during the Manager's absence
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling
- Liaise with the Management team to ensure seamless store operations
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Contribute to promoting sales and increasing profitability
