Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Concierge to join our Front of House Team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all visitors to our hospital receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet patients, visitors, and consultants, providing them with relevant information and assistance
  • Direct visitors to the correct areas of the hospital
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to queries
  • Cover reception duties as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Concierge, preferably in a 5-star setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
