Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients, visitors, and staff, providing a positive first impression of our hospital
- Direct patients and visitors to the correct areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the front desk team as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting
