We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role in the success of our team.

As an inspirational leader, you will support the Counter Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Skin Care Experts to achieve sales, client service, and operational targets.

You will have a proven track record in retail leadership, preferably within beauty or skin care, and possess excellent customer service skills. Your ability to coach and mentor others to reach their full potential will be invaluable in driving team performance.

With a passion for retail and a drive to achieve sales targets, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your experience in inventory management, cash reconciliation, and flexible availability across days/hours will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including commission scheme eligibility, annual leave, family leave, product discount, and mental health wellbeing initiatives.
