Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team of Sales Advisors and contribute to the success of our prestige beauty business. The ideal candidate will have a flair for retail and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, conducting cash reconciliations, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven retail experience at supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty, and the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Estimated Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
