About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship building.

You will have total accountability for managing your own store/counter, with a focus on delivering results-driven retail strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive plans, drive sales growth, and foster a high-performing team environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve their full potential. You will also have a proven track record of setting sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales data, and scheduling staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

What We Offer:

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational individual with a proven track record in retail management, preferably within the beauty or fast-paced retail environment. You will have a strong understanding of client needs, a desire to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines, and experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.

In addition, you should have previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation. A flexible availability across days/hours is essential, as we value work-life balance.

A proficient level in Microsoft Office is required, along with proof of right to live and work in the country.
