About The Role

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and supply chain partners to allocate and track work orders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including response and resolution times.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders on job progress and completion.
  • Maintain accurate asset information and update records as necessary.
  • Process purchase orders and manage administrative tasks.
  • Support the delivery of an efficient and effective helpdesk service, aligned with GRAHAM Group's ISO management systems and quality control procedures.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator with a strong background in service desk operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or service desk role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of service management software and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
