HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant or an HR graduate with one year's placement experience looking for their first permanent opportunity in HR. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, excellent customer service skills, and a motivation to progress their career within HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a customer-focused first-line response to the business through the HR helpdesk.
- Deliver all HR processes relating to the employee lifecycle.
- Resolve queries, administer processes, and maintain HR systems.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR environment, with a focus on query resolution, process administration, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
