Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care to children and young people with complex mental health needs.
As a Mental Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for working with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care plans, supporting patients to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with families and carers, ensuring that they are fully involved in the patient's care and treatment plan.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience of working with children and young people. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per year, plus extra pay for anti-social hours and forensic lead roles.
