Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £38,436 per annum, which includes a range of benefits such as £1,500 Out of Hours Allowance, £750 Home Working Allowance, and £4,082 London Weighting (if eligible).

Job Description
As a Senior Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social workers, providing regular supervision and guidance, and collaborating with other teams to enhance service provision. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing a team of social workers to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Providing regular supervision and guidance to develop staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with other teams to enhance the overall service provision.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A deep understanding of adolescent development and the complexities of working with this age group.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring social workers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • HCPC registration as a social worker.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring social workers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
