About the Job

The National Academy for Social Prescribing invites applications for an Executive Director of Strategy and Partnerships position. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping the organization's future strategy and developing existing and new partnerships with key stakeholders.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex high-impact partnerships and a high degree of intellect and strategic vision. They will be a persuasive public speaker and advocate for social prescribing at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strategic relationships and partnerships with leaders from diverse sectors
  • Co-producing strategies and programme plans for joint work
  • Leading the implementation of multi-million-pound programmes reporting to government departments
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High degree of intellect and strategic vision
  • Persuasive public speaker and advocate for social prescribing at the highest level
  • Proven track record of delivering complex high-impact partnerships that make a measurable impact
Work Environment

This is a full-time permanent contract with hybrid working arrangements, requiring attendance at the NASP office up to 2 days per week. Regular travel for site visits, staff days, and external meetings is also expected.

Salary and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
  • 30 days paid annual leave per annum, plus Bank Holidays
