As a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP), Nurse or Pharmacist Prescriber in our Central London Service, you will play a vital role in improving the wellbeing of individuals experiencing difficulties from drugs and alcohol use. You will work closely with the nursing team, mental health professionals, and other healthcare providers to provide holistic care.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop personalized support plans for individuals
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

Salary and Benefits
* Estimated salary: £50,000-£70,000 per annum
* 25 days paid holiday a year + Bank Holidays, increasing with each year of service up to 27 days + Bank Holidays
