An exciting chance to join Charles Hunter Associates as a Registered Manager has arisen in our Kent-based Fostering agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing Fostering services, ensuring the well-being of children and young people, and managing a dedicated team of professionals.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include safeguarding, quality assurance, and leadership, focusing on delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people. You will also contribute to service delivery assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes accordingly.

About the Position
