Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Services Manager to join our team in South East England. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers, overseeing case assignments, and ensuring that all aspects of our fostering service meet the highest standards.

About the Job:

This role involves working closely with foster carers, assessing their ability to provide safe and supportive environments for children in need. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, providing training and support, and maintaining regular communication with foster carers to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of social workers, overseeing case assignments and ensuring timely completions
  • Conduct thorough assessments of foster carers, identifying strengths and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support foster carers in providing high-quality care
  • Maintain regular communication with foster carers, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support

Salary & Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive work environment.

Location:
