We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of UK Child Protection Expert at Entrust Social Care Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social worker to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

About the Job

As a Social Services Professional, you will be working closely with other professionals to assess the needs of children and develop effective care plans to support their well-being. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of child protection principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child protection and care management, with experience of working within a Children's Social Work team. A Diploma in Social Work or equivalent qualification is essential, and you must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Responsibilities
  1. Carry out assessments to identify the needs of children
  2. Conduct child protection work with sensitivity and professionalism
  3. Develop and implement effective care plans for children in need
  4. Manage a case load efficiently and effectively
  5. Carry out home visits to assess family situations
  6. Represent the organization in court proceedings
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £25-35 per hour, paid weekly through our payroll system. You will also receive free access to an online training portal, dedicated support from a consultant with social work knowledge, and referral rewards.
