We are looking for an ambitious and qualified social worker to lead our residential family assessment centre in Tooting. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the centre's operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take overall responsibility for the assessment and support services at the centre.
  2. Ensure that staff are clear about their roles and responsibilities and are equipped to provide excellent care to our clients.
  3. Work closely with the Deputy Director to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organisation.
  4. Lead and manage the team to achieve outstanding results and continuously improve the quality of service delivery.

About You:

  • You hold a recognised qualification in social work and have significant experience in working with vulnerable children and families.
  • You possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving success in your previous roles.
  • You are highly organised and able to work effectively under pressure, prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
