Operational Leadership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Leadership Manager to join our team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will provide operational management support for divisional service areas, assisting lead clinicians and senior managers as required.
About the Role- Provide timely, efficient, and effective operational management support for divisional service areas, ensuring that services meet the highest possible clinical and performance standards.
- Lead key projects to enhance patient pathways, improve service delivery, and patient experience using a co-production approach, keeping children and their families at the centre.
- Oversee performance and quality targets, working collaboratively with clinical and managerial colleagues to solve problems and implement lasting solutions.
- Be a key member of the divisional management team, being accountable for staying up-to-date on information and keeping other team members fully informed at all times.
- Line manage Health Visiting, School Health, Family Nurse Partnership, Start for Life, and Children Looked After services.

Essential requirements include:
- Operational management experience within the community sector.
- Significant experience of staff management, including the setting of objectives, team and individual appraisal, recruitment, and disciplinary issues.
- Significant budget management experience, including reducing costs, monitoring, and determining corrective action.
- Evidence of report writing and presenting skills, to include business cases and formal presentations.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
